Elderly people care center, Mogosesti GR

The project takes over a building with five small buildings and in an advanced state of degradation in the village of Mogoșești, Giurgiu County, to intervene on them (partial or total demolition) and configure a modern solution adapted to the requirements of the sponsor.

The proposed center for the elderly has a capacity of 40 places, operating in a hotel regime with a weight on the social-cultural sector (accommodation and services). falls into the category of small units (less than 150 seats). The building includes facilities for the physically handicapped, visually impaired and hearing impaired.
