Two brothers inherit their grandmother’s house and decide to transform it so that they each have an apartment.
The percentage of land occupation for the old building is used to the maximum, even slightly exceeded, so we have to join the troubled footprint of the existing building and develop it vertically. So, we keep the enclosure walls and start the intervention, with a smart consolidation.
